Abstract Landscapes

I have always been captivated by a wide horizon to rest in. That gratifying feeling of having a peaceful mind because my eye is relaxed.

For that reason, I paint landscapes. Like to see them as a series of frames where I can rest my mind.

 Some of them emulate landscapes , others are just impossible. Lanzarote, the island where I live, lives in print on some of them, others simply exist because they wanted to come. Just imagination or my way to travel to emotes places.

Technique used for this type of work is acrylic paint and palette knife on paper. Sometimes they have layers and transparencies, others make them with a single layer.

Format is vertical, although I made some horizontal paintings by commission. 

Paper usually used is 350g/m2 fine-grained and 50% cotton in standard size 50x70cm.
